Designed for easy sharing, our booths allow guests to post their GIFs instantly, whether directly to their phones or on social media. And if there’s no WiFi, don’t worry—we’ll set up a 4G hotspot to keep the fun going.

From delivery to setup, our team is there to make sure everything runs smoothly. Our dedicated reps will handle the tech side, so you can focus on enjoying your event.

We offer a wide range of backdrops and props tailored to match your wedding or party theme, plus the ability to personalise your GIFs with custom templates that reflect the style of your special day.

Easily manage your booking via our online portal or mobile app. You can check availability, book, pay online, and manage your booking details anytime. We'll send you booking emails and SMS notifications. Make payments online, view booking info, invoices, sign contracts, and personalise your photo template.

We will create a stunning online gallery just for you! This way, you can easily share your high-resolution images from the booth with your guests and enjoy them yourself.

Personalised Templates

We offer unique custom photo booth designs to match your wedding theme. Access your own client area to manage and personalise your booking and photo strip design. Customise our designs or upload your own for an unforgettable experience.

Stylish Backdrops

We provide a variety of fabric backdrops that suit various styles and events. You can visit our backdrops page to check out our range. Alternatively, if you have a nice wall in your venue, you can use it as a backdrop for your photos. Also, you may prefer to position the booth facing into the party. Regardless of your choice, we can accommodate it easily.

We want to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible for you. So, let us walk you through it step-by-step, from start to finish. Booking with us is easy!

Here’s how it works…………………………

  1. Select Your Booth and Confirm Your Date:

    Once you have chosen your preferred booth, you can then quickly check our availability online using our date checker here

  2. Tailored Packages:

    Once you've confirmed your date, customise your package with add-ons like our Audio Guestbooks, sometimes at discounted rates! Secure your booking by making a 25% payment online, deducted from the total balance.

  3. Your Portal:

    Gain access to your client portal to manage your booking leading up to the wedding. Browse and customise photo designs and utilise our mobile app for easy communication with us.

  4. Pre-Event Preparations:

    Receive reminder emails about outstanding balance payments, typically a month before the event. Pay securely through the client portal. Access important documents like insurance certificates in the downloads section.

  5. Event Day Arrangements:

    We'll arrive 1h 30 mins to 1 hour before the event to set up. In some cases, we may set up in the morning if it's more convenient. Our staff will manage the booth throughout the event, assisting guests with the guest book and providing photos after each session.

  6. Post-Event Follow-Up:

    Expect your photos to be uploaded to your personal gallery within a day or two after the event. Links will be emailed directly to you for easy sharing.

  • All our packages include our personalised template service. Just let us know the theme of your event and any text you'd like to include (e.g., Martin & Lorenzo, 5th August 2025), and we'll craft a unique design for you. After reviewing the initial draft, we'll make adjustments until it meets your expectations!

    For a simpler option, we offer a variety of templates you can customise using our online portal or app.

  • Absolutely! Your guests will have various ways to share their photos digitally, including through QR code sharing, email, or text messages. If you've opted for printouts, they can also print their photos on-site. Additionally, all photos will be uploaded to an online gallery, allowing you to easily view and share them with your guests.

  • If prints are selected, it's unlimited prints for everyone! We don’t hold back the joy; every guest can leave with a 4x6” printout.

  • We're all about those stunning backdrops! Whether you fancy a ready-made option or crave a bespoke backdrop crafted just for you by our design team, we've got it sorted. We offer a selection of pre-existing backdrops here.

  • For a smooth sailing experience and to make sure your event or activation hits all the right notes, we suggest booking as early as possible. Ideally, locking in your date at least two weeks ahead gives us the time we need to tailor our services to perfection. This proactive approach ensures a seamless, unforgettable, and highly successful event tailored precisely to your needs.

  • We strive to arrive 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour before your event to set up the booth. In certain cases, an early morning setup can be arranged for added convenience.

    Please be aware that our backdrops measure 2.3 meters in height and 2.4 meters in width, so ensure your venue has sufficient ceiling height and space for setup! If space is limited, we have alternative solutions. And finally, we can also use a nice wall within your venue or position the booth against a wall, facing into the room, for a more relaxed and inclusive setup.
