Easily manage your booking via our online portal or mobile app. You can check availability, book, pay online, and manage your booking details anytime. We'll send you booking emails and SMS notifications. Make payments online, view booking info, invoices, sign contracts, and personalise your photo template.

We will create a stunning online gallery just for you! This way, you can easily share your high-resolution images from the booth with your guests and enjoy them yourself.

Unlimited Prints

Get unlimited photo prints every time you visit the booth. You can print as many photos as you want during your visit without any additional charges. So, feel free to snap away!

We provide a variety of fabric backdrops that suit various styles and events. You can visit our backdrops page to check out our range. Alternatively, if you have a nice wall in your venue, you can use it as a backdrop for your photos. Also, you may prefer to position the booth facing into the party. Regardless of your choice, we can accommodate it easily.

Personalised Templates

We want to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible for you. So, let us walk you through it step-by-step, from start to finish. Booking with us is easy!

Here’s how it works…………………………

  1. Select Your Booth and Confirm Your Date:

    Once you have chosen your preferred booth, you can then quickly check our availability online using our date checker here

  2. Tailored Packages:

    Once you've confirmed your date, customise your package with add-ons like our Audio Guestbooks, sometimes at discounted rates! Secure your booking by making a 25% payment online, deducted from the total balance.

  3. Your Portal:

    Gain access to your client portal to manage your booking leading up to the wedding. Browse and customise photo designs and utilise our mobile app for easy communication with us.

  4. Pre-Event Preparations:

    Receive reminder emails about outstanding balance payments, typically a month before the event. Pay securely through the client portal. Access important documents like insurance certificates in the downloads section.

  5. Event Day Arrangements:

    We'll arrive 1h 30 mins to 1 hour before the event to set up. In some cases, we may set up in the morning if it's more convenient. Our staff will manage the booth throughout the event, assisting guests with the guest book and providing photos after each session.

  6. Post-Event Follow-Up:

    Expect your photos to be uploaded to your personal gallery within a day or two after the event. Links will be emailed directly to you for easy sharing.

  • Our booth rentals include the following:

    - The fully automated booth of your choice

    - A Representative, to assist you at the event.

    - A personalised printing template (4 x 6 inches)

    - Unlimited prints during your event

  • Set-up time takes approximately 30 minutes, though we like to arrive at least an hour before the event to ensure everything is set up well before the event starts.

  • We ask our clients to provide the following:

    - Access to the event’s location an hour before it starts

    - One standard plug socket – 13amps

    - Wifi connection

  • No Problem, we can provide a 4G hotspot (£10 per day)

  • If internet connectivity is lost, our booths are designed to add your photos/videos to a queue and will resend everything as soon as internet connectivity is restored. The user can continue to use the booth as normal, even when connectivity is lost.

  • We're all about those stunning backdrops! Whether you fancy a ready-made option or crave a bespoke backdrop crafted just for you by our design team, we've got it sorted. We offer a selection of pre-existing backdrops here.

    We can also provide customised/branded backdrops at an extra cost.

    Don't fancy a backdrop? We can utilise an interesting area of your event or venue as the background for your booth. Be it that urban brick wall, or beautiful scenery.

  • No limit. Guests can snap away to their heart's content.

  • Yes, our Representative will be there to assist your guests and ensure the quality of the service is maintained throughout the event. They will also act as a brand ambassador if this is what you require for your event.

  • Absolutely! Our services always include the possibility of personalising your prints.

    Our in-house designers can tailor design branded overlays for your event. all you need to do is to provide your text, font, colour theme, logo etc, and we can do the rest for you.

    Have you own designers? No problem we can provide templates for the overlays, screens, backdrops and the booth vinyl wrap.

  • The dimensions of our booths are:

    height — 191cm , width — 63cm, depth — 39cm

    Our printing stations are:

    height — 100cm, width — 45cm, depth — 35cm

  • Our booths are designed to fit as many people as you want. it depends on how big the backdrop/wall is. if your venue has a large wall more people can fit. with our standard setup, we advise a maximum of 8 people at a time.

  • For corporate events travel is free within the UK. however, if your event is in London, we m y ask you to cover the congestion charge and any hotel fees if your requir the booth for multiple days.

    For weddings or parties travel is free up to 60miles and 50p per mile after that.

    If you require a booth to be shipped internationally, please contact us directly for a quote.

  • Yes, all images will be sent to you via a download link after your event.

  • If you specify before the event, It's Social booths can be set up at any outdoor event.

  • There are many ways to customise the booths and printing stations. Once you book, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with us to create image overlays, prints, vinyl wraps, and backgrounds to match your theme, style or brand.

    Whether you're booking a booth for a corporate event, private party or wedding, we have you covered.

  • We provide a booth for your guests to enjoy free of charge. However, as a client, if you wish to charge for the use of the product, this can be arranged. Please discuss this with us during the booking process.

  • Yes. we provide an international service though please contact us directly to discuss your event further.
