Our Mobile Audio Guest Book is designed for simplicity and ease of use. We provide you with all the necessary details, including a unique local phone number and a personal code for your guests to access the message area. Your guests can then use their mobile phones to dial in and leave heartfelt messages at any time, whether they’re at the event or calling in from afar.

To ensure everything fits seamlessly with your event décor, we offer two options:

  1. We can supply stylish tabletop signs and wooden easels, ready to place at your venue.

  2. Alternatively, we can provide you with the essential information, so you can create custom signs that perfectly match your theme.

Each event is protected by a unique 6 digit Event Code. When prompted, guests just enter the code, and if successful, will hear the greeting, before leaving their message. Once done they just hang up—it’s that easy!

All messages will be securely uploaded to your personalised gallery for safekeeping.

All phone lines and galleries are active for 14 days—7 days before your event and 7 days after—so your guests and loved ones can leave heartfelt messages not only on the day but also in the days leading up to it.

Our easy-to-use MP3-style galleries let you and your guests listen to all messages from start to finish, skip tracks, and even share messages on social media. You can also download your messages for safekeeping and set up password protection for added privacy.
